Our Grad Programme

We hire and train graduates from all STEM degrees to work as software engineers. Our graduate scheme offers smart STEM graduates the opportunity to begin a career as a software engineer, regardless of previous experience.

Led by experienced software engineers, our graduates spend the first three months of their time with us in full-time training, working on numerous mini projects with other graduates in order to learn the technical skills and theory it takes to become excellent software engineers.

This investment in training allows us to hire the smartest people, even if they have little previous experience writing software.
